If you were a previous Home Banking user, please call 901-680-7995 to request your new log in information. You will receive an e-mail within one working day with your temporary log in information. After you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your Passcode and Access ID, choose security questions, and accept new user agreements.
To register for Online Branch for the first time, click the Online Branch & Bill Pay button on the left menu. On the next screen, click on "Enroll" (directly below the Log In button). You will be guided through the set up process. Your application will be approved within one business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your Online Branch is ready for use.
If you forget your Online Branch passcode, click the "Forgot Passcode" option below the Passcode field. When you enter your account number on the next screen in the account number field, be sure to enter a -1 after the number. For example, for account number 123456, you would enter 123456-1.

Note: You must have a checking account to use Bill Pay. Once you have logged in to Online Branch, click the Payments tab at the top left of the screen. You will be guided through the setup process on the next screen. If you need assistance, please call Bill Pay Customer Support at (866) 297-0628.
