Click the Online Branch & Bill Pay button. On the next screen, you will enter your account number in the Access ID field (please do not add any zeros before the account number or any suffixes after the account number). You will enter the first two letters of your last name in capital letters plus the last four digits of your social security number in the Passcode field. Then, click Log In. On the next screens, you will be prompted to change your Passcode and Access ID, choose security questions, and accept new user agreements.
To register for Online Branch for the first time, click the Online Branch & Bill Pay button on the left menu. On the next screen, click on "Enroll" (directly below the Log In button). You will be guided through the set up process. Your application will be approved within one business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your Online Branch is ready for use.
If you forget your Online Branch passcode, click the "Forgot Passcode" option below the Passcode field. When you enter your account number on the next screen in the account number field, be sure to enter a -1 after the number. For example, for account number 123456, you would enter 123456-1.
