The Nominating Committee has nominated J. D. Cox, Juanita Barnes, and Chandrika Winston-Rosser to fill the three open positions on the Board of Directors for three-year terms which expire in 2027.

J.D. Cox
J.D. retired from MLGW in 2013 with 25 years of service. He was a lineman in Distribution Support and was active in his department until he retired. He is still active in electric distribution and serves as Director of Safety and Loss Control with Northcentral Electric Cooperative. He enjoys serving others and is very proud to be on the LG& W Federal Credit Union Board of Directors. J.D. is excited to continue working with his fellow Directors and credit union staff to remain the best credit union for its members.
JUANITA BARNES
Juanita retired from MLGW after 30 years of service, working in various departments, including Building Services, Public Relations, and Customer Services.
She presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors as well as Chairman of the LG&W Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee and has
volunteered for this committee for over 11 years.
She is proud of her association with such an outstanding professional staff and Board that strives to continue to offer a broad array of services to our LG&W Federal Credit Union family members.

CHANDRIKA WINSTON-ROSSER
Chandrika Winston-Rosser, MLGW Director, Corporate Safety, is responsible for managing and directing the development of long-term and strategic objectives to create a positive safety culture throughout the Division.
Rosser joined MLGW in 1997 as a Standards Engineer for Underground Electric.
Rosser earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Memphis State University in 1994
and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Memphis in 2003. She also holds a
Distribution Systems Grade 2 license from the State of Tennessee and is a Licensed Professional Engineer
in Tennessee.
Her professional activities include serving as a Director of the Engineer's Club of Memphis, past board
member for the KY/TN region of the American Water Works Association, and she is now a current Region
Leader for the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts.
