The mobile banking service utilizes best practices from online banking, such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, PIN, or password access and application time-out when your phone is not in use. Only the phones that you personally enroll in the service can access your accounts. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your phone. And in the event your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either going to Online Branch website or calling us.
How is my sign in and account information protected?
For security, you have the option to save your Access ID which will only display the first 4 characters. You will need to enter your password each time you login the LG&W Mobile App.
How safe is Mobile Banking?
What systems are in place to ensure security? Mobile Banking is very secure. All fxSecuritySM features are applied at login, including dual authentication where appropriate. Mobile devices with browsers that do not support Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption are refused a connection.

No. The cookies used for banking via Mobile Web store only the MUID, which identifies the device itself to ensure that users have to activate their device only once, and possibly an User ID/access ID if the user has selected the Save my User ID feature.
