Mobile Check Deposit

How do I make a Mobile Check Deposit?
  1. Write with a blue or black ink pen.
  2. Write "MOBILE" on the front.
  3. Write "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY" on back of the check.
  4. Before you take a picture of the check with your mobile device, the check must lay flat on a dark surface.
  5. Make sure the image is readable.
  6. Enter the correct amount of the check.
  7. Choose the account to deposit your funds.
  8. Enter your email address for notice of receipt.
  9. Press continue.
  10. You should receive an email in regards to your completion.

How do I properly endorse a check?
If check is not properly endorsed, the check deposit will be denied for improper endorsement.
  1. Write "MOBILE" on the front of the check.
  2. Write "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY" on the back of the check.
  3. Be sure to sign the back of the check legibly. 

When can I deposit a check?
You can deposit a check any time of the day.

Will I receive immediate credit?
No, you will not receive immediate credit. If deposit is made before 1:30 pm, you will receive credit within one business day.

How soon will I receive credit into my account?
If you deposit a check before 1:30 pm Central Time, your check will take one business day to post into your account.  If you deposit a check after 1:30 pm Central Time, your check will not post the next business day. The check will take 2 business days to post to your account.

How many checks can I deposit?
You can deposit up to $5,000.00 per day.

Is there a charge for the mobile deposit?
You will not be charged for a mobile deposit.

What should I do with my check(s) after I deposit them with Mobile Deposit?
Save the check in a safe place until you receive confirmation that it has been accepted and the funds are in your account. You must retain your original checks for a minimum of 30 days. Checks should be destroyed once the 30 day minimum has passed. 

Can I transfer funds via LGWFCU Mobile App?
