A few things to know before the new experience launches:
What's Changing ...
Overview Page
Previously labeled the HOME page, this is now titled the OVERVIEW page. It’s your new landing page and provides you access to additional new features such as widgets and QuickView.
QuickView Drawer
On the Overview page simply mouse over an account line. On the right side you will see an icon that you can click and expand the drawer down, allowing you to see:
Widgets
On the Overview page you can hide and change the order of several widgets to see the data and information you want to see each time you log in.
Accounts Page
Just a few changes to this page, which shows your primary balances at the top and access to MORE DETAILS on your account by clicking the link under the account number on the left side.
Services and Settings
We’ve simplified the process for accessing all the services and settings you need. Simply click the gear icon at the top of any page and you will see available options.
Contact Us
Need to contact LG&W Federal Credit Union quickly? Simply click the phone icon at the top of any page and get our contact information during your Online Banking session.

A few things to know before the new experience launches:
- No new Access ID or Passcode will be required.
- Nothing for you to do – the new look and feel and features will appear for everyone.
- Upcoming communications will detail these changes and other exciting new features

- The 5 most recent transactions in the last 5 days
- Actions such as transferring in and/or out of account selected
- For loans, you will now have the option to start your loan payment
